BIO 

My name is Fia Sanchez. I am currently President of the BC LGBT Alliance and Vice-President of the BC Black Solidarity Day Committee. I have been a dedicated member of the Brooklyn College campus community since my freshman year and I am passionate about uplifting and empowering students. My goal is to improve our campus for the benefit of students, especially those who are most marginalized by our society. 

I have organized many community events focused on amplifying the voices of LGBT and BIPOC people, and have been featured on several panels and discussions on campus. 

I am an advocate for the students of Brooklyn College and their interests and I know that if elected, I will work tirelessly to fulfill the needs of my fellow students.
