BIO 

Hello my name is Marcus Malivert. I’m a sophomore and a psychology major. I’m currently the club connector for Black Student Union. 

As a member of BLMI (Black and Latino Male Initiative) I’ve had an enriching experience meeting my fellow students and received mentorship in leadership and advocating for yourself. I wanna use what I learned to help promote diversity and inclusion among black culture and other communities along with improving the lack of social engagement within our campus and better student advocacy. Some way I plan to do so is by promoting awareness campaigns by working with different club to insure students stay up to date with what’s happening on campus or pushing for an office hours system so students can meet with their representatives face to face to discuss overall improvement
