BIO 

"Hi, everyone! I am Illan, a freshman and current USG Senator at Brooklyn College, re-running for the 2025-26 term. Over the past semester, I’ve explored our campus communities, but I had a difficult time finding these various communities until I learned how to look for and become involved with them. I empathize with many others who feel similarly and I plan to advocate for the accessibility of our BC communities, providing more opportunities to participate on campus.

I hope to use my passion for serving to foster an inclusive campus. I assisted with several USG events and initiatives regarding resource availability, and I look forward to contributing to many more if re-elected. This semester, I will focus on improving the quality of advisement provided by the academic departments, which I know plays a vital role in our professional journey. I believe that it's a privilege to amplify the voices of my fellow students, and I would be honored to be your representative to help enhance our school community on this large scale. "
