BIO 

Hi there, my name is Emily Wong, and I am an upper junior majoring in finance at Brooklyn College. From my very first year, I have been deeply involved in campus life, striving to create meaningful experiences for students. As a marketing strategist for the Koppelman School of Business, I worked alongside a dedicated team to organize events that promoted student engagement and professional growth. Additionally, as Vice President of Smooth Talkers, I helped students build confidence in public speaking and refine their communication skills. I am eager to bring my leadership, teamwork, and advocacy skills to the USG Senate to ensure every student’s voice is heard. I will advocate for increased funding for student organizations, improved mental health resources, and greater transparency in college policies. I also aim to push for better career development initiatives, expanded networking opportunities, and a stronger sense of community among students. With my experience and passion for student representation, I am committed to making Brooklyn College a more inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment for all.
