BIO 

Ajadah Simms is a highly dedicated undergraduate Junior majoring in Political Science. In three years, she has served the student body as Club Director for Brooklyn College's Undergraduate Student Government, the Student Center Advisory Committee, C.W.E.R.C, a Peer Mentor, and as a USG Senator. Ajadah continues to devote to student based initiatives and pursues every opportunity to build community. She has also served BC as President of S.C.A.B.C, chair of the Club Affairs Council, a member of the Governance and Policy committee, a member of Policy council. She's served the greater Brooklyn borough as an advocate for historical preservation (Greenwood Cemetery and Flatbush African Burial Ground) as well as a public artist. Employing extensive interpersonal relation skills, Ajadah is determined to be a means with which all students can participate in leadership and anticipate change, and an avenue for strengthening communications between students and their college. One such endeavor includes creating more platforms for publicizing resources campus-wide.

 Her ultimate aim is to see her fellow peers access and accentuate their opinions, feel heard, share smiles, and engage both socially and intellectually with the college environment they are integral to creating.
